40+ years of Mountain Films in Calgary

The first time we showed mountain films in Calgary was in 1980. We showed 4 films that we had rented from various Canadian libraries.

In addition, we started bringing international mountaineering and adventure speakers.

By 1982 we started to show the Best of the Banff Mountain Film Festival films at the University of Calgary.

Now, forty years later, we show two unique programs with 15-20 films as we continue to bring you the best mountain and adventure films.
